Yeah I like it a lot. Gets pretty good gas mileage too. Which helps a lot out with me driving home from college to visit.

I guess I am with Crush on this one, maybe I wasn't developed enough in the womb or something and didn't get that crucial piece of DNA that makes me think cars are cool. They all look the same to me.

I do roll pretty hard in my 1990 Civic though.

Dang that passat is not bad at all. I do not know the exact gal/mile but I know I use 1/8th of a tank when I go 100 miles. That there seems pretty good to me since that will be like 6-8 bucks to fill up maybe.

Hm. In the passat I've got a 70L tank, and in the Chevy: 1 barrel (precisely 160L). just enough for a week haha.

Haha Nice!. Since I am in college it lasts me like a month cause I never drive anywhere. But when I am home, a full tank of gas can last me 1 1/2 weeks to maybe 2 weeks if I am lucky.

You got the 5.7 economic version which turns of 4 of 8 cylinders when crusing at 50/60mph?

yessir. i think all of the LTZ models have it.

it only switches to 4 cylinders above 50mph and basically i have to have the cruise control on, be on the highway, not be driving into the wind, and not be going uphill (like no incline period). or it switches back to 8.

it does however switch pretty often which is kind of cool. i mean there's no like 30 second wait before it will switch if i start going downhill its instant. when it is on its nice though. I've got a setting that tell me if its on 4 or 8 and also my current mpg in the dash and when its on 4 i get like 35+mpg. but again as i said it has to be the right conditions.
