Today, while playing 4v4 hardcore squad rush, Marysville was playing with 3 guys from another clan on the opposing team of Noble, Falls and myself. They were covering their advance with smoke, and suddenly we see Marysville killed someone with a headshot by using a smoke launcher. Epic as this is in itself, he had killed a teammate by accident, apparently he wasn't even aware of his teammate's location.

Hey I did that once! Same thing, two or three missiles (two I think on the same map - correction, it was Port Valdez). I'm curious, how did you do it?

I did some kind of weird spinning out of control dropping thing (like I was already going down, but I wasn't hit), and spinning upwards / slipping sideways sort of maneuvering... (and changing the direction of my rotations) Seemed to take forever, but the lock-on alarm finally stopped...

    Was it something like that?

Kazo, you just find the direct URL to the image and put it in image brackets. For instance if I wanted to link this image: http://kanevian.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/n00b.jpg

I would write in the post:
    Code:
    [img]http://kanevian.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/n00b.jpg[/img]

    And it would appear as:

Something along those lines. You need to get the missile from above and from a "corner" if you imagine your helicopter to be a rectangular box. Then as it approaches you dive down quickly and it will overshoot you. The same principle works if the missile comes from behind and below, but then you need to make a steep increase in altitude, but that's very hard and quite frankly it requires a fair amount of luck.

Upload it to photobucket (it's free!) and repeat the procedure.
